Every crew carries a baseline charge just to roll the truck out, so a one-bedroom in Munster does get billed against that floor. Denise quotes the exact number on the phone before anything is locked in.
How do you figure out what size truck to send?+
Marcus sizes it up in advance from your inventory and address — a compact box truck fits a narrow Highland driveway, while the 26-footer goes to a bigger house near Crown Point. That decision is locked in well before moving day, never decided the morning of.
Does anyone walk through my home before quoting, or is it just a guess over the phone?+
